Business Office
Washington and Lee University’s Business Office places a high priority upon providing pleasant, high quality, and efficient service to our community. We exist to gather and report, as completely and as accurately as possible, financial information for those individuals responsible for the continual operation of the university.
Parents and Students
The Business Office is available to assist W&L students and parents with questions about tuition, fees and payments, and offers the Generals Payments System, which allows students to view bills, establish authorized payers (parents and guardians) and make payments online.
Faculty and Staff
The Business Office provides W&L faculty and staff with critical resources to help you get your business done. From paying vendors to reimbursing travel expenses, managing departmental budgets to processing payroll, we’re here to help.
Student Organizations
The Business Office assists W&L student organizations with financial transactions including swipe card machines, cash receipts and disbursements, budgets and payroll.
