3The average cost for all necessary expenses mentioned above does not include health insurance, travel costs, or fraternity/sorority membership. Charges for first-year students in 2025-2026 averaged $1,480 for fraternities and $300 for sororities. Faternity/Sorority Charges for upper-division students averaged $6,650 for fraternities and $1,390 for sororities, with housing and food charges adding approximately $4,240 to $14,370 for fraternities and $3,350 to $17,570 for sororities. The food plan for Live-Out Sorority members was $3,350 for the year.
