Charges for first-year students in 2023-2024 averaged $1,700 for fraternities and $500 for sororities. Charges for upper-division students averaged $6,500 for fraternities and $1,500 for sororities, with room and board charges adding approximately $3,800 to $13,000 for fraternities and $5,000 to $14,320 for sororities. Board plans for Live-Out Sorority members was $5,418 for the year.
