Event Reservations
The Museums at W&L consist of three sites which also serve as reservable space for the W&L community and, in the case of the University Chapel and Galleries, sponsored external groups. If you are interested in holding an event in one of the Museums spaces, please review our site descriptions below, as well as our University Facilities Use Policy, our University Chapel Use Guidelines, and our Fees page.

Disclaimer
Because most major events are planned well in advance, it is unlikely that the university would require the one of these sites if it has not been previously scheduled. However, for the rare exception, usually an emergency, the university always has priority. Scheduled users will be notified as early as possible in order to accommodate a change in venue.
