Young Alumni Weekend

Young Alumni Weekend celebrates our graduates of the last decade. Join your classmates, meet new friends and enjoy the fall splendor of the beautiful campus. Mark your calendars for September 15 - 17, 2017. All alumni from 2007 - 2017 are invited.

The reunion fee is an all-inclusive charge for all programming aspects, including: food and beverage for the weekend, evening transportation, class events, favors and other items. It does not include your hotel fees or any contribution to your class gift.
Alumni who register after August 18 will pay an increase of $10/person/package on reunion registration fees. REGISTER EARLY!
Please remember that we are a community built on honor. If you plan on participating in any of the Young Alumni Weekend activities, registration and payment is required. Register now by clicking your class year below.

Click here to see who is already registered! (It may take up to 24 hours after registration to show up on the list)

Non-reunion year

We have reserved several blocks of rooms at area hotels. Because of the anticipated excitement about the weekend and the inauguration in particular, we have already opened those blocks for your convenience. You may contact any of the following hotels and ask for rooms in the "W&L Young Alumni block."

*If you are not able to find a room by calling the above numbers, do try to find one using a travel website like Travelocity or Expedia. They often have rooms that we are not able to access in our blocking process.
A listing of other types of accommodations can be found at the Lexington Visitor's Center Website.

Complimentary shuttle bus service will be available Friday and Saturday evenings between hotels and campus. Parking is also available in the W&L parking garage located behind the Warner Center gymnasium. Be smart, please don't drink and drive.

Dress for the Weekend

Weekend events are casual, though you may want to be a little dressier if attending the Presidential Inauguration on Saturday morning.

Arriving on Campus

The Young Alumni Weekend schedule of events is subject to change. Upon arriving in Lexington, please visit the Hotchkiss Alumni House to officially check in and receive your registration packet. This will include the latest weekend schedule, class-specific news, your reunion favor and name tag. YOUR NAME TAG WILL SERVE AS YOUR ADMISSION TICKET THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND.

Although you'll be missed, we understand things happen and it may be necessary to cancel your reunion weekend registration. If you cancel before Sept. 8, your registration fee will be fully refunded. After that, we cannot issue a refund.
