Leadership Education and Development
The Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program is a multi-year, comprehensive leadership program purposed to empower students to discover their potential and develop their skills as leaders. The program aims to enhance student learning and development in areas of self-knowledge and leadership competence through various workshops, teambuilding exercises, roundtable discussions, reflective activities, and service, guided by the following tenets:
Founded to collaborate and serve the interests of our student body, LEAD's mission is to train and develop campus leaders, developed by peers who wish to explore and inquire the depths of leadership itself.
