University Shuttle Service

W&L and Traveller Transit offers shuttle service for the 2018-19 academic year to/from the Roanoke Airport and the East Falls Church Transit Center in Arlington, VA., with easy connections to Washington DC and Baltimore area airports. The shuttle schedule for departing and returning trips is below. Shuttle dates and times are final and cannot be changed. Shuttles are available for W&L students only (with certain exceptions). If you have questions, please contact Kevin Tierney.

If you wish to utilize the shuttle service, fill out the appropriate form below and reserve your space. A shuttle fee of $15 is charged for each way. An additional $15 fee is added for any changes after your initial confirmation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled shuttle time, failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee each way. And starting with the Fall 2018 shuttles, there will be a 24 hour cutoff for signing up for the shuttle. This cutoff is being implemented to provide an accurate head count to our vendor so an appropriate vehicle can be used for the shuttle. All fees are processed through the Business Office on your student account.
