To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Robert E. Lee's birth, Washington and Lee University initiated the Campaign for Lee Chapel & Museum, a $6M fundraising campaign to support and endow Lee Chapel and Museum. Generous donors have completed the capital portion of the campaign, funding preservation and expansion of the museum’s priceless collections. Washington and Lee is still seeking endowment gifts to help steward this historic campus treasure for generations to come.
