wluSocial

Students on wluSocial, Washington and Lee University's social media team, represent W&L in a public role on W&L's main social networks. Members of wluSocial manage @wluLex, a Twitter handle specifically designed for the W&L community in Lexington, and work with Web Communications staff to help develop social media strategy, contribute content and generate interaction on W&L's Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram accounts.

  • Summer Internship in Web Communications
    The Office of Web Communications is seeking a Web Communications Intern to help with the University website redesign this summer. Duties will include creation and maintenance of website content in the Ingeniux content management system and WordPress blogging platform. Opportunities to assist with web writing, design social media management and online video production will also be available, depending on the successful applicant's interest.
