Using approved graphics, a name tag has been designed for University use. If your department needs a supply, we recommend that you purchase blank Avery (#5392) name tags from a local vendor. Send the tags, along with a job jacket, to the Copy Center. You will then receive the printed name tags ready for your individual information, such as name, title, etc. To personalize the name tags, we recommend using the Palatino font with the first name being a point size of 36, last name a point size of 28 and the individual's title being a point size of 16.
