

Prof. Andy Clark, of Edinburgh University, will be visiting the W&L campus from March 5 to 9. He is the inaugural philosopher of the new "Living Philosopher" series, a capstone course offered to junior and senior philosophy majors.
He will be giving a public lecture entitled "Messy Minds: Embodiment, Action and Explanation in 21st Century Cognitive Science" on March 7 at 5:30 p.m. in Northen Auditorium, Leyburn Library. The lecture is open to the public.
He will also be teaching a class with students who will have spent the time stuyding his work.
