Caritas assists documented refugees by providing and moving them into housing, acclimating them to their environment and helping them find employment. The Refugee Employment Guide supports the client with job search activities or projects, under the guidance of an Employment Specialist. Refugees benefit from guidance of a person experienced in the employment world in the United States. The Refugee Employment Guide may develop new skills in assisting refugees seeking employment and financial stability. Duties and responsibilities may include the following:
