Washington and Lee recognizes employees in a variety of ways for all the value they bring to our mission and our community.

  • Finale 2013
    Employee Appreciation Picnic
    Finale is held each May after commencement to show appreciation to all employees at the end of the academic year. It is a time of fellowship and fun!
  • Employee Recognition Banquet
    The Employee Recognition Banquet is held each year in April to recognize retiring staff members as well as service milestones beginning at ten years of service.
  • George & Bob Bucks
    George & Bob bucks allow employees to express their appreciation to each other for collaboration, exceptional assistance or just general recognition. How will you use yours?
