Nate Reisinger Wins Decade Award

Nate Reisinger ('13), a sophomore double major in Philosophy and Sociology, was one of two winners of the Decade Award from W&L this year. The award is given to a rising junior who has shown involvement and leadership at W&L, in both academic and extracurricular activities, and has furthered discussions of women's issues on campus and beyond.

Nate is from Urbana, Ohio. In addition to his two majors he is pursuing a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. He is a Johnson Scholar and a member of END IT, the student organization committed to ending sexual assault at W&L. He is a member of the Mock Trial team, is an alumni relations liaison for the GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender) Equality Initiative, and is a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
