WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR ORIENTATION WEEK?
See Arrivals and Orientation. You will receive an Orientation Week schedule when you officially check-in on Saturday.
IS THERE AN EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM I CAN SIGN UP FOR?
Yes. During Matriculation (part of Orientation Week), first-year students will have the opportunity to sign up for E2Campus, our emergency cell and text message system. At that time, students can list up to 4 numbers to receive these alerts. Please click

CLASS FACEBOOK
The first-year program publishes the "Freshman Record", AKA at W&L as the "First-Year Facebook". This full-color printed directory of the first-year class includes photographs, hometown, high school, interests and intended major in addition to a photo directory of campus and campus opportunities. Many parents also order a copy for themselves, which is shipped in August. You can order your Facebook through
