Energy Education Program

As a key component in Washington and Lee's continuing efforts on sustainability, the University has embarked on a comprehensive energy conservation and management program. The Energy Education Program (EEP) is in partnership with Energy Education of Dallas, Tex., whose energy conservation programs have saved more than $2 billion for educational and ministerial organizations.

The first step in this new program will be the identification and hiring of two Energy Education Specialists to lead the energy conservation program. Washington and Lee is seeking individuals with strong people skills who have exhibited the ability to plan and organize projects while collaborating with others in a pleasant manner. Preferred candidates will have three or more years of classroom, administrative, or other professional experience in the university.
