Donor Recognition ClubsHonoring Outstanding DonorsThe following recognition clubs and societies have been established to recognize individual donors whose support of the University is outstanding.

Class Recognition AwardsHonoring Outstanding ClassesEach year, the Annual Fund awards trophies to recognize collective class giving. Class rankings as of June 30 determine the winners, with the exception of the trophies for reunion classes (the John Newton Thomas Trophy, the Colonnade Cup and the Trident Trophy) which have a Reunion Weekend deadline. The trophies are displayed in the Alumni House.

The 1749 CircleHonoring Tradition and Celebrating CommitmentThe 1749 Circle is a special philanthropic society recognizing and honoring the loyal alumni, parents, and friends who support the University consistently over time. This society is not about how much you give; it’s about the simple act of giving, year after year.
