Emily Johnson Draud joined the Annual Fund staff in the summer of 2008. Prior to her role at Washington and Lee, Emily served as the Director of Development at her alma mater, Peace College in Raleigh, NC. A native of North Caroline, Emily began her fundraising career in education serving as the Director of Development at Hargrave Military Academy. Emily and her husband, Clay, reside in Fairfield, VA
