Templates of the official University letterhead have been created for individual departments in Microsoft Word. These templates are available in both black and blue.
By using these templates, offices can print individual letters directly to departmental printers without having to use pre-printed stationery. The templates are been created as a Microsoft Word template document, which requires that the individual document be saved with a new name. Directions for use of the template are found on the document itself.
