First-Year Housing Application

APPLICATIONS ONLINE ONLY
All applications must be submitted online through MyHousing on Generals' HQ. You will have access to apply for housing once you have confirmed your admission to W&L and received an information packet via USPS from the Office of the Dean of First-Year Students. Information packets are sent out to confirmed students weekly beginning mid-March.

This application will take approximately 20 minutes, so do not start the application until you know you have plenty of time to complete it.  Please click here and log in to submit your housing preferences for the upcoming academic year ONLY IF you have received notification via email from the Office of Student Affairs about the application becoming available on your account.

HOUSING PREFERENCES QUESTIONS
The list of questions below will be part of the housing application process and must be completed by all students who apply for first-year housing, even if the student is requesting a single room. This information WILL BE USED to assign your residence hall room and/or roommate; be yourself!

ROOM & ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS
Rooms are assigned in the order applications are received and Early Decision students are given preference for single rooms. Room and roommate assignments will be sent to the students' e-mail accounts by August 1, 2013.
