Current Students

Returning students receiving need-based grant assistance must re-apply each year.  Please do not start your financial aid application until your 2012 federal tax returns are complete.

January 1, 2013
The FAFSA becomes available online for completion.

June 1, 2013
All need-based financial aid application materials must be received by the Financial Aid Office.

• FAFSA
• CSS Profile for both custodial and non-custodial parents.  Complete at least two weeks prior to the deadline.
• 2012 federal tax returns including all schedules, W-2s, 1099s, etc for parents and students
• 2012 federal tax returns for businesses including all schedules, K1, worksheets, etc, if applicable

Please note we do not accept application materials via fax or email.  Please mail to W&L Financial Aid Office, 204 West Washington Street, Lexington, VA 24450.

Late June  
Financial aid award letters will be available via the web at Aid Status Online as applications are completed.  Students who submit their applications after the deadlines will receive their award letters later in the summer.
