On Monday, January 27th, 2013 there will be price changes for certain mailing services: First Class Mail, Standard Mail, Periodicals, Package Services and Special Services. A regular first-class stamp increased in cost from .45 cents to .46 cents. Any Forever Stamps purchased before this time can still be used at any time.
