1 7 Day Va. Prescription Monitoring Program Report
Required to report all dispensing of any Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substances to the Virginia Department of Health Professions’ Prescription Monitoring Program. The report is made to a private contractor, Optimum Technology, Inc. (1-866-683-2476). Each prescription must be submitted no later than 7 days beyond the date dispensed. Top
