1 Animal Welfare Act: USDA APHIS Annual Report If live animals are used by the institution in research, tests, experiments or for teaching, then the part of the institution responsible for the research must submit an annual report to the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA APHIS) regional office in Raleigh, North Carolina on or before December 1 of each calendar year. The report shall be signed by the CEO or Institutional Official and shall cover the previous fiscal year.
Top2 Animal Welfare Act: OLAW Annual Report If live animals are used by the institution in research, tests, experiments or for teaching, then the part of the institution responsible for the research must submit an annual report to the Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW) Division of Assurances, NIH in Bethesda, Maryland on or before January 31 of each calendar year. The report shall be signed by the CEO or Institutional Official and shall cover the previous fiscal year.
