He/She was found guilty of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by a vote of 9 to 0. Guilty of Violating the University's Policy on Alcohol by a vote of 9 to 0. Guilty of Conduct Unbecoming of a Washington & Lee Student by a vote of 9 to 0.
In lieu of Suspension, he/she was :
