Check-In & Room Keys

FALL TERM MOVE-IN

First-Year Students

  • Fall sport athletes (see http://www.wlu.edu/x36673.xml). Your coach has your room key.
  • The Leading Edge participants move in August 28, 2011. Room keys will be distributed from a table outsideGraham-Lees.
  • Remaining members of the Class of 2015 move-in and THE ENTIRE CLASS checks-In September 3, 2011. Room keys will be distributed from a table outside Graham-Lees.

Upper-Division Students

  • Residence halls open September 6, 2011.
  • Early arrivals will not be permitted except athletes, residential life staff and first-year orientation committee.
  • Pick up your room key in Elrod Commons, 247 between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, or at the Elrod Commons Information Desk after 4:30 PM or on the weekend.
