Scott Jaschik, founder and editor of Inside Higher Ed, provided an overview of the issues facing higher education during a presentation to the Washington and Lee Teacher-Scholar Symposium on Monday, Sept. 21, 2009.
Jaschik has been editor of Inside HIgher Ed, an online source for news, opinion and jobs for all of higher education, since 2005. He was previously editor of The Chronicle of Higher Education.
The Teacher-Scholar Symposium drew faculty and administrators from 29 liberal arts colleges and was sponsored by W&L and the Mellon Foundation.
