Dean Dobin oversees all aspects of the College academic programs and other operations. The key responsibilities of his office include student academic support, faculty hiring and development, the operating and capital budgets of College units, the varied facilities of the College, and advancement of College priorities. In addition, Dean Dobin serves as the chair of the Committee on Courses and Degrees, and sits on the Advisory Committee, the Faculty Executive Committee, and the President's Council.

Janet Ikeda is the Associate Dean for Student Academic Affairs. She serves as chair of the Graduate Fellowships Committee and chair of the Committee of the Automatic Rule and Reinstatement. She is in charge of the process for disability accommodation requests, coordinates the work of fellowship liaisons, and administers Academic Probation and the Automatic Rule.

Dean Knapp is responsible for faculty and program support. She oversees new faculty orientation and training. She supports ongoing faculty development, travel, and University lectures. She works with capital budget and planning, and college facilities related projects.
