Before submitting an application for any external funding for grants or fellowship, the grant routing form must be circulated to obtain signatures from your department head (and other unit heads if applicable), CFR representative, and dean.
The dean would like to have an application at least two weeks before the submission deadline. Leaving the routing slip for the last minute may result in missed external deadlines.
