W & L will reimburse you for gas OR mileage (.375/mile), tolls and meals en route if you are driving to and from the competition. If you are flying, we will reimburse you for gas OR mileage (.375/mile) to and from your home airport, tolls, airport parking, checked luggage fees and meals en route. Items such as books for reading material and umbrellas for inclement weather are not reimbursable travel expenses. Please pack accordingly.
