LEAVE REPORT REMINDER: A report of achievements during leave is DUE TO THE DEAN with a copy to the Provost by October 1, 2012.
C&D Submissions due Tuesdays @ 5pm for consideration at the following week's meeting cd@wlu.edu
ALL REPORTS (sabbatical, Lenfest, Class of 65, etc) are preferred in ELECTRONIC FORM.

• Aug 31: Final notices to Deans re: faculty to be recommended for promotion and tenure in spring

• Sep 26: Undergraduate Winter 2013 course offerings requested by University Registrar
• Sep 28: Notify International Ed. Committee of courses abroad planned for Spring 2013

• Oct 1: Declaration of phased retirement beginning 2013-14: DUE TO DEAN
• Oct 1: Leave reports DUE TO DEAN with a copy to the Provost
• Oct 3: Undergraduate Spring 2013 course offerings requested by University Registrar
• Oct 5: 2012 Lenfest Grant Reports - DUE TO PROVOST at LenfestResearch@wlu.edu WITH COPY TO DEAN
• Oct 5: Undergraduate Winter 2013 course offerings due to University Registrar
• Oct 12: Undergraduate Spring 2013 course offerings due to University Registrar

• Nov 5: 2013-14 Faculty Sabbatical Leave Applications with letter of support from department head - Due to Provost at SabbaticalLeave@wlu.edu .
• Nov 30: Reappointment/non-reappointment letters from Department Heads re: faculty who are in second year of initial tenure-track appointment : DUE TO DEAN

• Jan 7: Faculty Activities Report - DUE TO DEAN OF THE WILLIAMS SCHOOL WITH A COPY TO DEPT. HEAD
• Jan 14-Feb 11: 2012-2013 Department Budget Conferences
• Jan 16: Faculty Activities Report - DUE TO DEAN OF THE COLLEGE WITH COPY TO DEPT. HEAD
• Jan 22: Requests to C&D for Changes to Catalog

• Feb 1: R.E. Lee Grant Applications for Summer 2013: DUE TO ASSOCIATE PROVOST at RELeeScholars@wlu.edu .
• Feb 8: 2013-2014 Catalog Copy due to University Registrar
• Feb 8: Undergraduate Fall 2013 course offerings request sent by University Registrar
• Feb 20: Promotion and Tenure Recommendation Files- DUE TO DEAN
• Feb 25: Fall 2013 course offerings due to University Registrar
• Feb 25: Spring Term Study Abroad 2014 course proposals due to International Ed Committee

• Mar 1: 2013-14 Departmental Budgets Final Deadline
• Mar 1: Spring Term Study Abroad 2014 course proposals due to C&D Committee.

• April 15: Undergraduate Spring Term Study Abroad 2014 course proposals due to C&D Committee.

• June 3: Reappointment/non-reappointment letters from Department Heads re: faculty whose current appointment expires 6/30/13 and have served two or more years on the faculty: DUE TO DEAN.
• June 20: Departmental letters sent to tenure-track faculty for evaluating year's performance - COPY DUE TO DEAN
