WVTF on the Science of Cooking at W&L

Washington and Lee chemistry professor Marcia France and students in her course, "The Science of Cooking," were interviewed by Connie Stephens of WVTF radio for a report that aired during the All Things Considered segment on Thursday, May 28, 2009.

The class, which is designed for non-science majors, explaors the chemicals and scientific principles involved in food and cooking.
