The Office of Institutional Effectiveness works collaboratively with faculty and staff to develop and implement a process that specifies outcomes (student learning outcomes for educational programs), identifies appropriate measurements, and uses that information to ensure continued quality improvements in all we do here at Washington and Lee University.
