Isaac Webb '13 Russian Area Studies Major Awarded Fulbright Research Grant Isaac Webb '13, a Russian Area Studies Major, received a Fulbright Grant to conduct research in Ukraine. He will be examining the disability policy there in an attempt to understand the ways in which the rights of the disabled have changed or, conversely, have not changed since the collapse of the Soviet Union. He will contextualize this research within the international human rights movement.
