Patti Colliton

Patti Colliton is in her first year as fitness/wellness program coordinator with the Washington and Lee fitness center.

Colliton is no stranger to W&L as she is in her 18th year of affiliation with the school. A 1991 graduate of Plymouth State College with a bachelor of science degree, Colliton arrived at W&L in the summer of 1991 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer while pursuing her master's degree from the University of Virginia, which she earned in 1992.  She was promoted to intern assistant athletic trainer in 1992 and was again promoted to associate athletic trainer in 1997, a position she held until 1999.

Colliton is a certified athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning coach.  She has been a group fitness instructor at W&L since 1994 and served as the group fitness coordinator at the Rockbridge YMCA from 2005-08.

Colliton is the wife of W&L Assistant Football and Head Golf Coach Gavin Colliton. The couple resides in Lexington with their two sons, John and Joe.
