

Charley Casserly, former general manager of the Washington Redskins and Houston Texans, discussed the road from college to the NFL in a presentation titled “Following the Yellow Brick Road: The Journey From Amateur to Professional” at the eighth annual Institute for Honor.
This year's Institute examined issues relations to sports and honor.
Casserly, who started with the Redskins in 1977 as an unpaid intern, now serves as an analyst for National Football League telecasts on CBS.
