Bois Farrar is in his first year as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Washington and Lee.

Farrar had served as an assistant lacrosse coach at Hamilton College under McCabe during the 2006 season, helping the Continentals to an 11-3 overall record. During this time, he was part of a staff that was named the Liberty League Lacrosse Coaching Staff of the Year.

Prior to his time at Hamilton, Farrar was a development officer for the English Lacrosse Association, where he helped develop operations to promote the sport throughout England.

Farrar also served as the assistant director of alumni programs at the Landon School for the 2006-07 year, where he also assisted the JV and varsity lacrosse programs.

Over the past year, he was an assistant project manager for CB Richard Ellis in Charlotte, N.C.

A 2004 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a bachelor of arts degree in English, Farrar was a four-year letterwinner for the Tigers' lacrosse team and he helped them to one ODAC title and three NCAA Tournament berths.

Farrar is no stranger to Washington and Lee lacrosse.  His father, James '74, was an All-America lacrosse player for the Generals and currently serves as the Secretary of the University and Assistant to the President.
