The Choice Program is a nationally recognized initiative that serves youth in Maryland's Department of Juvenile Services. The Choice Program intervention focuses on a community-based, family-centered case management approach to delinquency prevention and youth development. Elrod Fellows benefit from a transformative year of growth, resulting in a life-long commitment to community service as leaders and change agents. They earn professional experience while accomplishing a year of National Service, as recognized by AmeriCorps.
