Events for the W&L calendar may be submitted by e-mail to Julie Cline in the W&L News Office. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

Event TItle
Event Location
Start Date/Time
End Date/Time
Admission information (Entrance fee? Open to the public?)
Brief description of event
Promotional image (must be cleared with copyright holder for online promotional use)
Contact name and phone/e-mail
