Jason Rodocker
Director of Elrod Commons and Campus Activities
Jason is responsible for the Campus Activities team of seven professionals, as well as the vision and daily operations of the Elrod Commons. He serves as a member of Student Affairs leadership, is in the Dean on Call rotation, and coordinates the Celebrating Student Success Initiative.

Clay Coleman
Director of Student Affairs and Greek Life
Clay is responsible for all studen organizations, including Greek organizations. He advises GAB and IFC directly. Clay organizes information, resources and training sessions for student leaders. He is a primary contact for Greek Life, including Greek Housing.

Teri Cugliari
Associate Director of Student Activities and Greek Life
Teri is responsible for all student organizations, including Greek organizations. She advises GAB and Panhellenic directly. She organizes information, resources and training sessions for student leaders. She Coordinates the Campus Activities Fair and General's Rallies before home football games.

Burr Datz
Director of Leadership Development
Burr is responsible for providing a comprehensive series of workshops, seminars and activities designed to increase leadership capabilities within individuals and campus organizations. He oversees he Fechnay Challenge Course, offering low and high ropes elemments to build confidence, teamwork and leadership skills, and serves as Faculty Secretary to Omicron Delta Kappa's Alpha Circle at W&L.

James Dick
Director of Campus Recreation
James is responsible for Outing Club, Fitness Classes, Sports Clubs and Intramurals. He coordinates Appalachian Adventure, trains Outing Club key staff, monitors the equipment available for checkout from the Outing Club house, and orgaizes Friday afternoon activities, as well as a variety of break trips.

Ray Ellington
Assistant Director of Campus Recreation
Ray is primarily responsible for the intramural and Sport Club programs. He also assists James Dick with the coordination and execution of all Campus Recreation activities. He is the primary contact for all American Red Cross certification courses.

Lee Neilson
Administrative Assisstant for Elrod Commons and Campus Activities
Lee is responsible for the daily operations in Elrod Commons. She is in charge of reservations for rooms, banners and tables. She is in charge of the paperwork for approval of events on campus with alcohol.
