The Transnational Law Institute's Fall Lecture will be delivered by Jose Enrique Alvarez, Hamilton Fish Professor of International Law and Diplomacy at Columbia Law School and the President of the American Society of International Law (2006-2007). His lecture is titled "Making Globalization Responsible" and will take place on Tuesday, September 25, at 12:00 pm in the Millhiser Moot Court Room at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
