Our personalized services are also available to off site locations. University Catering request a minimum of one week's notice prior to an event. This notice allows ample timefor event preparation that will guarantee our best possible services. Members of the Washington and Lee community are encouraged to schedule events as far in advance as possible to ensure calendar availability.For additional information or event bookings, please call us or complete the "Event Request Form."
University Catering realizes that unexpected circumstances may occur that require changes to an event. We will make every effort to accommodate changes. However, we ask that any variations,including number of guest, be confirmed with the Catering Manager or Catering Supervisor within 72 hours prior to the event.
