September 6, 2008 - Lancaster, Pa. - 1:00 pmW&L and Franklin & Marshall will be meeting for the ninth time, with the Generals holding a 5-3 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1958 season.
September 13, 2008 - Sewanee, Tenn. - 1:30 pm CSTWashington and Lee and Sewanee will be meeting for the 57th time with the Generals holding a 34-22 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1892 season. W&L has won eight of the last nine meetings, including a 21-7 win in Lexington during the 2006 season. The two teams had met every season since 1955 until the series halted briefly during the 2007 campaign. W&L has won three of the last four games played in Sewanee, Tenn.

September 27, 2008 - Salem, Va. - 1:00 pmWashington and Lee and Averett are meeting for just the second time, with the Generals leading the all-time series, 1-0, following a 35-21 victory in the inaugural game last season in Salem, Va. Saturday's game will again benefit Habitat for Humanity.
October 4, 2008 - Lexington, Va. - 1:30 pmWashington and Lee and Randolph-Macon will be meeting for the 56th time, with the Yellow Jackets holding a 27-25-3 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1903 season. The Generals have won three of the last four encounters, but R-MC won last season's game by a score of 42-17 in Ashland. W&L has won four-straight in Lexington by a combined score of 91-19.
October 11, 2008 - Washington, D.C. - 1:00 pmWashington and Lee and Catholic will be meeting for the 13th time, with the Generals holding a 10-2 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1981 season. W&L has won five-straight against the Cardinals, including a 28-21 win last season at Wilson Field. The Generals have also won the last two games played in the Nation's Capital, with both games being shutouts (22-0 in 2004 and 28-0 in 2006).CUA's last win in the series came during the 2002 season, a 39-20 win in Washington, D.C.
October 18, 2008 - Lexington, Va. - 1:00 pmWashington and Lee and Hampden-Sydney will be meeting for the 67th time, with the Tigers holding a 33-31-2 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1899 season. The two teams have met every season since 1955 and W&L's 31 wins against the Tigers are the second-most against any opponent all-time (Sewanee - 34 wins). Each team has won twice over the last four meetings and three of those games have been decided by four points or less, including last season's game won by Hampden-Sydney, 45-42.
October 25, 2008 - Lexington, Va. - 1:00 pmWashington and Lee and Guilford will be meeting for the 22nd time, with the Generals holding a slight 11-10 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1965 season. The Generals have won six of the last eight meetings, including wins in each of the last two seasons. W&L defeated the Quakers, 24-13, last season in Greensboro, N.C.
November 1, 2008 - Bridgewater, Va. - 1:00 pmWashington and Lee and Bridgewater will be meeting for the 39th time, with the Generals holding a 23-15 advantage in the all-time series that began during the 1964 season. The Eagles have won seven of the last eight games, but W&L emerged victorious last season in Lexington by a score of 17-14. W&L has lost four-straight at Jopson Field and has been outscored 143-39 in those contests.
November 8, 2008 - Lexington, Va. - 1:00 pmW&L and Emory & Henry will be meeting for the 38th time, with the Wasps holding a 26-11 advantage in the all-time series. W&L has won four-straight against E&H, including a 17-14 win last season in Emory, Va. The Wasps have not defeated the Generals at Wilson Field since a 24-10 win over W&L in 2000.
