Beginning today (Wednesday, August 13), the method used by ITS to verify network credentials will change, and this may result in difficulties for a few people in accessing services such as library databases, the wireless network, dial-up Internet service and remote access to the network via virtual private network. This change will not affect GroupWise email. Most people will be unaffected by this change. However, if you have difficulty accessing any of these services, change your password here:

and then re-attempt to use the service. If you have any difficulty or questions, contact the HelpDesk by clicking on "Help" at its.wlu.edu, or calling 458-4357.
