What's Going on with Campus Recreation

  • 11/15 Turkey Trot 5k Race - Race a 3.2 mile paved and gravel course on the Woods Creek Trail from Jordan's Point to the Liberty Hall Ruins and back.

We have 18 holes, front and back nine.  Check out or purchase disks from the Campus Recreation office at 115 Elrod Commons.

    Sports Circuit, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kickboxing, Pilates, Step Class and Group Cycling classes that meet morning noon and night each day of the week.

    The IM program remains one of the most successful, accessible, and enjoyed programs offered on campus.
  • @AlternateTextSport Clubs
    Club Sports and athletic committees. Non NCAA sports activities.

    Promoting the safe, low impact exploration of the mountains, rivers, and trails of the southeast.
  • @AlternateTextSunday Night Co-Rec
    The department of Campus Recreation will be sponsoring a series of free Co-Rec activities for students on most Sundays throughout the academic year.
  • @AlternateTextFun Runs/Walks/House Mt Track Club
    Get involved with the running community in the area. This page has updated information on races and events organized by the local running community.
  • @AlternateTextCPR/AED/First Aid
    The department of Campus Recreation will offer Adult CPR/AED certification classes throughout the academic year. All classes are open to the entire Lexington community.
