Cross the swinging foot bridge and then turn right. Follow the trail along side the Maury River. Try to avoid taking any of the fishing trails which will take you to the river and then come to a dead end. The trail parallels the Maury for approximately 1 mile. The trail then makes a sharp turn to the left and climbs to the top of chambers ridge. There is a side trail to the top of the cliffs on your left.
