Washington and Lee University
The NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Committee announced the field of 61 teams for the 2007 NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship on Monday.
The Washington and Lee volleyball team is set to participate in the South Regional hosted by Austin College in Sherman, Texas on Nov. 8-10. The Generals meet Southwestern (29-11) in the first round on Thursday at 3:30 pm CST.
The Generals (29-5) received an automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Tournament after winning their seventh-straight Old Dominion Athletic Conference title with a 3-0 triumph over Bridgewater in the conference championship on Saturday.
