As you browse this site, concentrate first on events provided by the students, faculties and staffs of the Art, Music and Theater/Dance Department--events involving gallery openings by studio artists; performances of major classical and modern works of music by our choruses, solo artists, orchestras and ensembles; plays, one-acts, showcases and dance recitals. If you were to attend just these events, my, what an exciting and fulfilling year you would have, and you might even consider your arts calendar overwhelmingly complete!

But, add to that the Lenfest Season with events like the Best of Momix and Porgy and Bess; the Concert Guild with Chamber Orchestra Kremlin and Di Wu, Pianist; and the Staniar Gallery exhibits of Kathleen Olson and Shirley Irons.

The liberal arts experience for Washington and Lee students expands dramatically through the Lenfest Center for the Arts to include a much broader community. Be a part of that experience this year as we celebrate the arts!
