Work Study at the Anthropology Laboratory

The Anthropology Laboratory employs several work study students a year.

Responsibilities include cleaning and updating exhibit cases, aiding in the processing of artifacts, and performing light office work. Majors in Sociology and Anthropology or History are preferred. Promptness and dependability are essential. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are also beneficial.

Because work study is based upon financial need, the Financial Aid office handles all applications and placements. If you are interested, please contact James Kaster, Associate Director of Financial Aid, jdkaster@wlu.edu, 540-458-8720, or for more general information, please go to financialaid@wlu.edu, 540-458-8717.
