Information Technology Services (ITS) maintains a variety of portable audio-visual equipment to help meet the needs of your class or campus event.
Digital Projectors and Laptops
Projector and laptop combo carts are available for events on campus. In addition, a wheeled travel suitcase containing a lightweight projector and laptop can be reserved for events away from the central academic campus.

To reserve A-V equipment, make your request in Web Help Desk. A feature of this system is you will receive a confirmation e-mail and be able to track your request. You will need to provide; event location (building/room), delivery or pick up, event dates, beginning and ending time and a list of the equipment needed for your presentation.
