The topic at Thursday’s Brown Bag Lunch will be “Smoking Cessation” presented by Mary Helen Nicely from Cardiac Rehabilitation at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Mary Helen will be presenting a great informational power point program on the effects of smoking and lots of tips on quitting.
If you are not a smoker and have a special friend or loved one you would like to encourage to stop smoking, please invite them to come along. This will be a great educational program.
Bring your lunch and join us from noon - 1:00 PM in the Chavis Boardroom in Elrod Commons.
